How do I book a session?
Easy! You can go directly to www.memorieswithchristinanecole.com. There you are able to access all of our services and fees as well as view our gallery and book your session.

What time should I arrive to my appointment?
We suggest that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled session. We ask that you only bring the people who will be participating in the photo session to your appointment, as we do not have the space to accommodate additional people.
How do I contact someone with my questions?
Although, we do have a FB Messenger and it seems to be a more convenient way to contact us to get an instant response, we suggest you shoot us an email at memorieswithchristinanecole@gmail.com in order to receive a timely response. After May 1st messages sent via FB Messenger will not be addressed. Please use the email mentioned above to assure you will receive a response. What is your typical turnaround process? Why does it take so long for my photos to be ready?
Due to increased volume in business, the typical turnaround for standard photos may take up to 14 business days depending on the package and poses selected.
While you may be excited and eager to receive photos, the photographer loves to edit each poses to perfection which may require more time.
Why do you charge RUSH order fees for photos?
If the client would like photos back with a faster turnaround, rush order fees are available. Anytime the photographer has to alter orders to complete an additional order by a certain time period, a rush order will be assessed.
Why is there a 48-hour turnaround process for returning calls and emails?
Photographer and assistant are working a full-time job during the day, as much as we would love to hear from you, sometimes our days can become a little busy. Please allow us time to return your messages and call
What is a Digital Gallery?
The Digital Gallery is an emailed storage for your photos. The Digital Gallery is a fun and convenient way to view, share, download photos. Not all gallery emails last forever, and will sometimes expire after a period of time. Once the gallery is received, please backup all photos in the event something happens to the gallery, you will always have those precious memories.
Why weren't any of my photos highlighted on social media?
Social media is fun. We all would like to share what is going on as well as our precious moments. Even though the photographer uses social media as an advertising tool, the photographer is only able to post so many photos. Please do not feel sad, when your photo is not posted. Once you receive your final edits, you are more than welcome to tag the photographer.
Why did my appointment get declined?
There are many reasons your appt was declined. We will sometimes run specials that are only to be scheduled during specific dates, the dates are posted. If you schedule for a session/special outside of those dates your session will be declined.
